Dr. Ashkan Arianpour is the Technical Director of Optical Systems at Quartus Engineering, where he leads the development and analysis of advanced optical systems for aerospace, metrology, and scientific applications. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Photonics Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Arianpour provides technical leadership for the design, analysis, and verification of complex optical systems while helping establish engineering standards across the company. His work spans optical architecture, analysis, integration and test, and engineering oversight, where he guides technical decision-making and supports engineers in developing practical solutions to challenging optical problems. As a member of the company’s leadership team, he helps shape Quartus’ strategic direction by expanding its optical capabilities, developing technical expertise, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
